The date of releasing Project has been changed!!!

Hi,
This is so funny!!!
I have found a Rule that is so funny. There is a law In Hamedan University of Technology(exactly hut) that says:
"Always, The date of exam is changing. No one can understand when it will be.(Even GOD is confused.
Always, The date of releasing project is changing and it is going to be infinity time.
Always, Exams are hard and Standard means EASY not Middle.
The Building of university is fairy that no one like to Exit from it(It means paradise) and it will be created, not builded."

I hope that This changing in date create programmers.
